Bascially the teams affected are

Teams 1, 8, 19, 20, 21, 23 - Change supervisor

Team 12, 25 - Change team members

Changes to Supervisor

There has been a switch of supervisors. Those affected teams please take note.

Teams 1, 8, 21 your supervisor will now be Chian Tian Ming

Teams 19, 20, 23 your supervisor will now be K Ramamoorthy

Do take the initiative to contact your respective supervisors.

FYP Team and Topic Allocation

It was not easy to allocate all teams with their respective choices and I know that some of you may have given a topic you did not select. I have tired to match your choices to the closest available topic and I hope we can all proceed from here with an open mind.

You are strongly encouraged to take your own initiative to contact your team's supervisors during the holidays.

Teams of 5

Please do your very best to from teams consisting of 5 members.

If you submit your team list with less than 5 members we will try and make up the numbers through random allocation.

However, please note that in the situation where we run out of random candidates, you will run the risk of having your team broken up.

Hence, the best option for you is to from COMPLETE teams.

For those of you who have missed the briefing please take note of the following:

1) You need to form your FYP teams consisting 5 members

2) Team leader must send an email to me with members list and the titles of your topic choices by 20th Jan, 5pm

3) Incomplete teams and students without teams will be allocated

4) Team leaders will be informed of topic and supervisor via email on 23rd Jan
